Our Grill

SteakAway's signature rub and open-flame grill bring out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. Starting with fresh U.S.D.A. Graded beef, we butcher and store fresh until needed. Then, we apply our signature rub and allow the flavors to permeate the meat for at least 48 hours before we grill our steaks and steak burgers on our open-flame grill. All meats cooked to Medium unless otherwise requested.

Our Team

Established in 1992. For over 20 years, the fires in our grill have cooked fantastic flame broiled foods, delivered in homes and businesses throughout Pensacola. Beginning in 2014, with new management and ownership, the name was changed, and the store re-christened: SteakAway. With the dismissal of the old franchise requirements, we are now liberated to offer a wider variety of menu items. We continue to offer the same food you already love with additional, better, healthier choices we've always needed. Give us a try!
